You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal authority to collect and disclose End User Data to Insectram as required for the Software and App to function. You may not use the Software or App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Software or App without our express written permission.
The Software and App are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software or App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may terminate your access to the Software and App at any time for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Purean Soluitons and Technology Ltd / Insectram with respect to your use of the Software and App.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Websites or within the App. You are bound by any revisions to these Terms by using the Software or App after the revised Terms have been posted.
